Download & ClaimMany Malaysian players who have tried other online platforms know the frustration of promotions that look generous on the surface but are loaded with hidden terms that make them nearly impossible to fully enjoy. At mtown88, our approach is fundamentally different.
Every promotion launched by mtown88 goes through a thorough internal review process to ensure that the wagering (rollover) requirements set are fair and achievable for regular players. We believe a great promotion is not the one with the biggest numbers, but the one that is easiest to claim and most rewarding for players.
For example, our 10% weekly cashback is calculated automatically based on net losses — players don't need to remember to claim it each week. Our system tracks and credits the cashback automatically every Monday. This is a real example of how mtown88 prioritises convenience and transparency over unnecessary complexity.
Additionally, mtown88 consistently adds new promotions throughout the year — coinciding with Malaysian festivities such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, National Day, and many more. Active players who check the Promotions section regularly will always find fresh, worthwhile offers to explore.
Important: All mtown88 promotions have an expiry date. Check the Promotions page regularly to ensure you never miss a limited-time offer that may not return.
The process of claiming promotions at mtown88 is designed to be as simple as possible. Follow these steps and start enjoying your bonus within minutes.
If you don't have an account yet, register for free in under 2 minutes. The registration process only requires basic information and no documents are needed at the initial stage.
Once logged in, go to the "Promotions" section in your account menu. Here you will see all currently active promotions and those you are eligible to claim based on your account status.
Choose the promotion you want to activate, read its brief terms, and click the "Claim Now" button. Some promotions such as weekly cashback do not require manual claiming — they are credited automatically.
For deposit-related promotions, make a deposit via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, or Boost and your bonus will be credited instantly to your account. Use your bonus balance to explore your favourite games.
The mtown88 VIP Programme is more than just a label — it is a structured rewards system that delivers real, tangible benefits to our most loyal players. Unlike VIP programmes on other platforms that offer only token rewards, the mtown88 VIP Programme is built to give you a genuine competitive edge that truly enhances your gaming experience.
There are five VIP tiers in the mtown88 ecosystem — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier unlocks greater benefits than the one before, from higher daily rebate rates all the way to access to a dedicated personal account manager available to assist you at any time.
Diamond Members — the highest tier in the mtown88 VIP programme — enjoy exclusive privileges including unlimited daily withdrawal limits, cash rebates of up to 1.2% on total wagering, personalised birthday gifts, invitations to exclusive events, and a dedicated customer service representative assigned to their account.
To level up in the mtown88 VIP program, players simply need to play consistently — every bet placed earns VIP points with no separate registration required. Our VIP system is designed to reward active players naturally, not players forced to meet burdensome requirements.
